Longevity - expiring 4 in a row

Longevity takes the classic 4-in-a-row game to a different level.

Longevity shows that a simple addition to game mechanics can greatly increase the complexity of the game.

How?

This game is... 4-in-a-row WITH EXPIRING PIECES.

With each piece you place, select its longevity—how long it will last (10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 turns)

The rules are still the same. First person that connects 4 pieces in a row will win.

But with expiring pieces, the game becomes less predictable, and becomes more strategic.
